DELIVERY POLICY

Minimum food order for delivery is $12. Delivery varies in accordance with the distance and the millage related to the address where the order is delivered. $20 delivery fee is charged for SPECIAL ORDERS. Orders classified in this group are those that are delivered in ZIP codes out of our delivery range.
Delivery time is also subject to change with respect to the preparation time for the dish, size of the food order processed, specific distance (Special Orders) delivered. Minimum time to process delivery order is 40 minutes.
Most credit cards and debit cards accepted. All prices and zoning are subject to change. Delivery times are subject to change based on the size of your order and the amount of time it takes to complete your online order.

Wrong Food
If you get your food different from the receipt, we are really sorry. Please call us as soon as you notice or within 1 hour that you got the wrong food. You may come to pick up or ask us to redeliver** your food within the same delivery time frame with your previous order for free*. For credit card, we will void the last transaction of your credit card charge and recharge it for the new dollar amount. For cash, you will be asked to pay the differences of the balance if the new food has more value than the wrong food. In the same way, you will get the differences of the balance back if the new food has less value than the wrong food. Some cases, we may offer you a store credit.

Your order will be priority if you come to pick it up. All cases, please return the wrong food in the original container(s)* to our driver or our cashier to avoid additional charge.
Missed Food
It's a rare case, but possible. Please call us as soon as you notice or within 1 hour that we miss one or more food of your order. You may come to pick up or ask us to redeliver** the food within the same delivery time frame with your previous order for free*. You may cancel the missed food before we cook without any question, and we will refund you with a store credit.
Your order will be priority if you come to pick it up.
Bad Food
We cook your food with only the finest and the freshest ingredients with USDA certified, no MSG and preservative. Please call us if it's caused by uncared delivering, bad packaging, strange objects in the food or spoilage within 1 hour of delivery. We will cook new ones and make sure they're the best. You may change your food to something else in case of spoilage, and we will correct your receipt. You may come to pick up or ask us to redeliver** the food within the same delivery time frame with your previous order for free*. Some cases, we may offer you a store credit in the dollar amount of the bad food.
Your order will be priority if you come to pick it up. All cases, please return the bad food in the original container(s)* to our driver or our cashier to avoid additional charge.
Don't Like The Food
Some cases you may get exchange or a store credit in dollar amount only. There won't be any refund in cash. For exchange, you may not get the differences of the value of the food back. If the new food has more value, you will be asked to cover the balance. You may come to pick up the food or ask us to do the delivery within the same delivery time frame with your previous order. A $5 delivery fee will apply.
Your order will be priority if you come to pick it up. All cases, please return the food in the original container(s)* to our driver or our cashier to avoid additional charge.

Return / Cancel
Sorry, no refund if you change your mind after all the food has been cooked. You may get a store credit the half of the bill in some cases. Please contact us for more information.
